From Our Farm to Your Table
Originated in the 18th Century in Northeast England, they were bred for multiple reasons. They had superior meat when butchered and a fattier milk when used as a dairy cow. We soon discovered they could be bred to provide an outstanding quality beef. We take extreme pride in our craft and strive to provide Mid-Missouri with the best quality meats. While we work to be completely self sufficient by growing all of our own feed, and supplying all of our own water. We give back to the community and local business's every chance we get.
